#62. I Apologise To Nobody.

And nor should you.

It’s hard to ignore Conor McGregor, for one he won’t let you and two, he is relentless in all pursuits.

An incredible MMA fighter, but also a brand guru. You don’t make over $100m for punching someone in the face. Watch the video here.

You make $100m by leveraging your personal brand and, more importantly, being something different, and that difference is you.

So in the spirit of Conor (Without the $100m, yet!):

I don’t apologise for working MY hours.

I don’t apologise for the high expectations I have of myself.

I don’t apologise for saying what needs to be said.

I don’t apologise for believing that we are all capable of more.

I don’t apologise for laughing at knob gags.

I don’t apologise for thinking my daughter is the best.

I don’t apologise for taking risks.

I don’t apologise for not wanting to follow.

I don’t apologise for caring.

I don’t apologise for telling my best friend I love him; he’s a dude.

I don’t apologise for wanting more.

I don’t apologise for going at my pace.

I don’t apologise for celebrating the small wins.

The moment you start apologising for making the right choices for you and your loved ones is the moment you become a follower and not a leader in your own life.

Until next week, don’t apologise.
