Let’s be clear right up front, as I would expect of any relationship. My fixed fee for facilitation is $3500 + gst. That includes 1 hour of concentrated preparation with you. Agenda/workshop design, facilitation and follow-up.
Excludes travel and expenses if appropriate and the cost of the venue, refreshments etc.

Firstly, I have been running businesses since I was 7, so it is in my blood, but my passion for supporting leaders has been prominent since before I started Waking Giants in 2011. Having held various senior and advisory roles in private businesses, I have been exposed to high-level strategy and how humans behave. In 2019, I realised that it was the potential of these individuals that motivated me, and I have been focused on strategic coaching since.
